You are responsible for ensuring your use of KYX complies with all applicable local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use KYX only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. KYX Account Rules

You may hold one account unless expressly permitted otherwise. Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.

You must complete any required verification (KYC) to access certain features, including withdrawals above defined thresholds.

5. Mining Rewards

Cloud mining rewards are calculated based on network activity and may vary over time. KYX does not guarantee any specific level of earnings.

We reserve the right to adjust reward mechanics to maintain the health and sustainability of the network.

6. Referral System

Referral rewards are provided for genuine referrals of new users. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse are strictly prohibited.

We may withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent or manipulative activity.

7. Wallet Usage

KYX is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials.

Lost keys cannot be recovered by KYX. On-chain transactions are irreversible.

8. Intellectual Property

All KYX branding, software, designs, and content are the property of KYX Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the platform, including fraudulent referrals, automated abuse, or unauthorized access.

You may not use KYX for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.

10. Suspension of Accounts

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, present security or compliance risks, or engage in prohibited activity.

11. Termination

We may terminate or discontinue access to KYX, in whole or in part, where required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

You may stop using KYX at any time.

12. Disclaimer

KYX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing on KYX constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KYX Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KYX after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
