Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification helps KYX confirm that users are who they claim to be, protecting the community and meeting regulatory obligations.

Verification may be required to access certain features, including higher withdrawal limits.

2. Required Documents

A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license).

Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, where required.

A live selfie or liveness check to confirm the document belongs to you.

3. Verification Process

Submit your documents securely within the KYX app. Our systems and, where needed, our compliance team review your submission.

You will be notified of the outcome and any additional information required to complete verification.

4. Re-verification

KYX may request re-verification periodically or when we detect changes in risk, account behavior, or document expiry.

Keeping your information current helps ensure uninterrupted access to platform features.

5. Account Restrictions

Until verification is complete, certain features such as withdrawals above defined thresholds may be limited.

Accounts that fail verification or provide false information may be restricted or suspended.

6. Fraud Prevention

We use document authentication, liveness detection, and risk analysis to prevent identity fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse.

7. Privacy Protection

Verification data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is accessible only to authorized personnel and trusted verification providers.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

8. Processing Time

Most verifications are completed within minutes, though some cases may require manual review and additional time.

9. Compliance

Our KYC process supports our AML program and aligns with international best practices and applicable regulations.

10. Appeals

If your verification is declined and you believe this is an error, you may appeal by contacting compliance@kyxlabs.com with supporting information.
